Azhelle Wade has been having way too much fun in the toy industry since 2010, working for companies such as Toys R Us, Party City, and Madame Alexander, just to name a few. She has climbed both up and across the ladder in the toy world—beginning as a designer, earning three toy patents, and eventually becoming a Vice President at a toy company. Throughout her career, she has developed and scaled multi-million-dollar product lines while building and leading talented creative teams. Her expertise lies in implementing product design and development strategies that increase profit margins and drive sell-through.

Beyond design and product development, Azhelle has a passion for strategic digital marketing. She can talk endlessly about social media ad strategies, click-through rates, remarketing campaigns, and email performance metrics.

She is also the host of Making It In The Toy Industry, a top-rated podcast that delivers mini toy masterclasses, practical tips, and toyspiration. Each episode offers advice and features the stories of fellow toy professionals, with a focus on actionable next steps. Today, Azhelle is widely known as The Toy Coach. She joyfully works as a consultant for major IPs and toy companies of all sizes.
